一、Physical cleaning

The advantage of physical cleaning is that it is easy to operate and does not require special chemical reagents. However, the disadvantage is that the cleaning distance is limited, multiple cleanings may be required, and the cleaning time is long.
二、Chemical cleaning
Chemical cleaning destroys the structure of carbon residues or reacts with carbon residues through chemical reactions to remove the residues. The following are the specific steps of chemical cleaning:
1. Prepare chemical reagents: Select appropriate chemical reagents according to the material of the tube furnace tube and the nature of the residue.
2. Connect the pipeline: Open the inlet and outlet of the oil-rich pipeline outside the tube furnace and connect the cleaning equipment.
3. Inject chemical reagents: Inject the chemical reagents into the pipeline to ensure that they are in full contact with the residue.
4. Reaction and flushing: Let the chemical reagents react with the residue for a period of time, then flush the pipeline with clean water to rinse the residue and chemical reagents clean.
The advantage of chemical cleaning is that it has high cleaning efficiency and can be cleaned in one go. However, the disadvantage is that it requires the selection of appropriate chemical reagents and the operation process needs to be strictly controlled to avoid corrosion or damage to the tube furnace tube.
