PM L36/14 TMax 1400℃.Carbon steel double air-cooling housing and beautiful powder electrostatic spraying process. High temperature and corrosion resistant. Chamber uses high aluminum 1600# ceramic fiber,high resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance and long service life.Heating element uses U-shape SIC rod,temperature uniformity,low consumption.Temperature control system uses smart Shimaden PID temperature controller,programmable 32 segments, high temperature control accuracy.Protection system with Power off, over-temperature, thermocouple breaking and burnout protection.An ideal furnace for ash content determination, heat treatment of metal parts, stone and ceramics, LOI testing in laboratories.For a petrochemical plant.

- Furnace surface is pickled and phosphated, environmental friendly electrostatic powder sprayed and baked,anti-oxidation and corrosion-resistant.With a built-in cooling fan,the surface temperature Rt+45℃.
