Product Overview
PTR D120/500/10 is a Single heating zone, Splitable CVD Rotary tube furnace. Rotating speed 1-10rpm freely adjusted. Double-layer carbon steel shell structure. High-purity polycrystalline alumina fiber chamber. With high purity belly-typed quartz tube and quick opening sealing flange. HRE alloy coil wire heated, uniform temperature field. Digital temperature controller, programmable 32 segments with an accuracy of +/-1C. The gas supplying system is equipped with a single-channel gas supply unit. The vacuum system is equipped with vacuum pumps, pipes and valves. It's an ideal furnace for heat treatments on varies powder or granular materials such as ceramics, carbon powder, graphene, quartz sand and other new materials for annealing, diffusion and sintering under vacuum or atmosphere protection.

- The 1200°C Splitable CVD Rotary Tube Furnace is mainly composed of five parts: furnace body, gas supplying system, vacuum supplying system, rotating system and temperature control system
- The furnace outer steel shell is processed with pickling and phosphating, environment powder coating on the surface, corrosion and oxidation resistance, built-in cooling fan, surface temperature Rt+45℃

- The chamber is made of high-purity polycrystalline alumina fiber, vacuum filtering, one-piece moulding, tight coupling, minimize energy loss greatly
- Embedded HRE alloy resistance wire, surround convection heating, uniform temperature field
- The total length of the furnace heating zone is 500mm. The furnace tube is belly-typed, with a diameter of 120mm in the heating zone and 60mm in the non-heating zone
- Both ends of the processing tube are equipped with 304 stainless steel quick-opening flanges and swivel joints
- Rotary system, forward and reverse controllable, speed 1-10RPM adjustable. (The value 1400 on the converter control panel corresponds to 10RPM)
