Product Overview
PTV D168/300/10 is a customized Vertical high temperature and high pressure splitable single zone tube furnace with stainless steel tube, which can be manually lifted. Total Heating length 300mm. Dual carbon steel with fan-cooling housing, low surface temperature. The heating chamber is made of ceramic fiber material, composed of two symmetrical semi-circles. Embedded HRE alloy coil wire heated, max working temperature up to 1000℃. The processing tube is made of 310S stainless steel seamless tube, temperature resistance up to 1000°C; pressure resistance over 5bar. Gas supplying system is equipped with multi-channel gas valves. Intelligent PID temperature controller, programmable 32 segments. This customized tube furnaceis mainly suitable for low carbon and hydrogen related experiments at high temperature and high pressure.

1000C Vertical High Pressure Splitable Tube Furnace
- The Vertical High Pressure Splitable Tube Furnace is mainly consists of five parts:furnace body, processing tube, gas supplying system, mechanical lifting system and independent temperature control system
- The furnace outer steel shell is processed with pickling and phosphating, environment powder coating on the surface, corrosion and oxidation resistance, built-in cooling fan, surface temperature Rt+45℃
- Exquisite appearance, ISO, CE compliance

- Chamber lining uses ceramic fiber material, composed of two symmetrical semi-circles, vacuum-filtered and tight coupling.
- Heating element uses embedded HRE alloy coil wire, surround convection heating, uniform temperature field,TMax 1000°C.
- 310S stainless steel seamless tube, temperature resistance up to 1000°C; pressure resistance over 5bar.
- Both ends of the furnace tube are equipped with blind plate; Water-cooled flange at the top, manometer and T-vacuum valve, etc.
- The furnace tube can be lifted manually with a range of 200mm.
