Product Overview
PB L1000/12M is an industrial heat treatment manual bogie hearth furnace. Carbon steel double housing, good resistance to high temperature and corrosion. JM26# high alumina lightweight bricks chamber, alumina fiber heat insulation layer, high refractoriness, work stably for a long time under high temperature environment. HRE alloy coil wire heated, mounted on ceramic tube, 5 sides heating, uniform temperature field. Equipped with exhaust discharging system and air circulation system. The car bottom is built with high-aluminum lightweight mullite brick, the loading capacity is more than 2 tons, enter along the track safely and freely. Shimaden PID controller, 32 segments programmable, high temperature control accuracy. This bogie hearth furnace is mainly used for heat treatment for heavy and large steel parts, the temperature and atmosphere varies depending on process and application, such as tempering, annealing, normalizing, stress relieving, homogenizing and recrystallization with operating temperature between 250 – 1150°C depending on application.
