Product Overview
PV L96/14 is a specially customized vacuum furnace,chamber capacity is 96L. Dual-layer stainless steel sealed water-cooled furnace shell. Composite alumina chamber. Heating element uses SIC rod, easy to be replaced, heated on both sides. Shimaden PID controller,programmable 32 segments, high temperature control accuracy. Gas supplying system equipped with a single float flow system, suitable for a variety of atmospheres such as nitrogen or argon. The vacuum system is equipped with an imported Roots vacuum pump and a set of PLC control programm. In empty loading, the furnace vacuum level could be reach to 0.1Pa within 15 minutes. In addition, the furnace model can be used to monitor time, temperature and vacuum via Modbus RTU RS-485, connecting to the customer's existing control system and realistically integrating remote control. Vacuum furnaces provide the perfect heat treatment environment for a variety of procedures in many laboratories, providing the controlled temperature and atmosphere required for specific projects. Mainly used for sintering or annealing of materials under vacuum or strong acid environment.
