Product Overview
PD L96/6 is an efficient heat treatment furnace for high temperature debinding, degreasing and dewaxing processes. High-quality cold-rolled steel plate (SPCC) furnace body, welded molding, the surface of high-temperature plastic spraying treatment, excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, simple and durable appearance, long-term use without deformation. Furnace chamber and material tray are made of alloy heat-resistant plate, significantly improves the heat insulation performance, high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption, good temperature and corrosion resistance. Radiant tube heated, with forced hot air circulation system, ensure the temperature uniformity of the furnace (± 3 ℃ or less), rapid and stable warming, suitable for long time continuous operation. Intelligent multi-stage program temperature controller, supporting PID self-tuning, SSR solid state relay non-contact output, temperature control accuracy of ±1℃.Built-in N-type thermocouple multi-point monitoring, equipped with over-temperature alarm, power-off and data logging. This debinding furnace is suitable for debinding process of precision ceramics with various molding methods, mainly used for debinding of ceramic blanks, degreasing of metal powders, and wax removal from encapsulation of electronic components, etc., which is an ideal choice in the field of heat treatment of precision materials.
