Product Overview
PTR D80/200/17 is a Single heating zone, CVD Rotary High temperature Vacuum tube furnace. Rotating speed 1-10rpm freely adjusted. Double-layer steel shell structure. High-purity polycrystalline alumina fiber raw material chamber, CNC carved. With High purity corundum tube. Equipped with SS304 quick-opening water-cooling flanges and swivel joints. New type MoSi2 rods heated, uniform temperature field. Digital temperature controller, programmable 30 segments with an accuracy of +/-1C. The gas supplying system is equipped with a single-channel gas supply unit. The vacuum system is equipped with vacuum pumps, pipes and valves, pumping speed 4L/S, max vacuum degree can reach 10Pa. It is an ideal furnace for heat treatments on varies powder or granular materials such as ceramics, carbon powder, graphene, quartz and other new materials for annealing, diffusion and sintering under vacuum or atmosphere protection.

- 1700°C Single heating zone CVD Rotary High temperature Vacuum tube furnace is mainly composed of five parts: furnace body, gas supplying system, vacuum supplying system, rotating system and temperature control system
- The furnace outer steel shell is processed with pickling and phosphating, environment powder coating on the surface, corrosion and oxidation resistance, built-in cooling fan, surface temperature Rt+45℃

- The total length of the furnace heating zone is 200mm. The furnace tube adopts high purity corundum tube. Diameter of heating tube is 80mm.
