Product Overview
PT D80/800/12/3 is a 3-Zone carbon nanotube tube furnace,each temperature zone can be controlled independently. Total heating length 800mm. Double-layer carbon steel air-cooling shell, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, low surface temperature. 1500# Mitsubishi high alumina fiber raw material chamber. The furnace tube can be adapted to large-diameter quartz tubes. HRE heating wire heated, TMax 1200℃, surrounding convection heating, uniform temperature field. The gas supplying system is equipped with 4-channel gas supply unit, vacuum level up to 10E-5 torr. Intelligent PID temperature controller, 50 segments programmable, high temperature accuracy. This 3-zone carbon nanotube tube furnace primarily prepares carbon nanotubes by sintering graphene in a multi-channel gas mixture environment (gases: H₂, N₂, CH₄, Ar).
