Product Overview
PA L5/14 is an sintering atmosphere furnace. Carbon steel double-layer sealed housing. 1600# polycrystalline ceramic fiber chamber. Heating element uses SIC rods. Temperature control system uses Shimaden PID controller, 32 segments programmable, high temperature control accuracy. The gas ports are fitted with double ferrule joints, compatible with OD6mm stainless steel tube. Work in air, inert gas and rough vacuum environment, Max 70000Pa. Primarily designed for material synthesis in laboratories or research institutions, the atmospheric muffle furnace is also ideal for manufacturing steel-based hydraulic components. It provides the exact temperature and controlled atmosphere required for a wide range of heat treatment experiments. Such precisely managed atmospheres are essential for tasks demanding meticulous temperature control, ensuring both the stability and accuracy of experimental environments.

- Double ferrule joints, suitable for connecting an external diameter of 6mm stainless steel tube; Standard float flowmeter, flow rate 60-600ml/min adjustable
- Available gases: protective gases (N₂, Ar); reducing gases (hydrogen, CO, CH₄, etc.).
Note: When charging with reducing gases, a non-return valve, one-way valve, and exhaust gas treatment system must be installed.
