Product Overview
PC L216/18 is a customized industrial chamber furnace for sintering specialty ceramics. Double carbon steel with fan-cooling housing, high temperature and corrosion resistance.The composite ceramic structure chamber, good insulation performance.The heating element adopts new type U-shape MoSi2 rods, evenly arranged in the left and right sides of the chamber. Equip an exhaust piping system, furnace top opening with automatic chimney device. Temperature control system adopts split design, smart Yudian PID controller, 30 segments programmable,high temperature control accuracy. It is an ideal furnace for high-temperature sintering, metal annealing and quality inspection in colleges and universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises.

1800℃ Chamber Furnace for sintering specialty ceramics
- PC L216/18 Chamber Furnace consists of four parts: dual air-cooling carbon steel shell, ceramic chamber, automatic exhaust piping system and temperature control system.
- Furnace surface is pickled and phosphated, environmental friendly electrostatic powder sprayed and baked,anti-oxidation and corrosion-resistant.
- Siemens electrical components,long service life.
- Export quality,ISO,CE certified.

- Chamber lining uses composite ceramic structure, the thickness of the side wall is 240mm, good insulation performance
- The top of the furnace adopts arched roof design, sturdy and durable

- The chamber bottom adopts alumina bubble brick,CNC carved,excellent acid and alkali resistance
