Product Overview
PM L3/17P is a small benchtop high temperature Muffle Furnace with Exhaust Gas Treatment Device.Carbon steel double air-cooled housing.The surface is environmental friendly, electrostatic powder spray-coated and baked,high temperature and corrosion resistant.Chamber lining uses Mitsubishi 1800# high aluminum ceramic fiber raw material,CNC carved,resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, long service life.Heating element uses U-shape new type MoSi2 rod,equip 4pcs,uniform temperature field and low energy consumption. A secondary heating system is installed on the top of the chamber. Yudian PID temperature controller,programmable 30 segments, high temperature control accuracy.Protection system with Power off, over-temperature, thermocouple breaking and burnout protection.This small benchtop high temperature Muffle Furnace is suitable for a petrochemical plant, a variety of heat treatment applications, such as ceramic sintering, glass sealing firing, ignition testing, gravimetric analysis, and heat treatment of steel parts, stone, etc.

- PM L3/17P Laboratory Muffle Furnace consists of four parts: furnace body, temperature control system, air cooling system and Exhaust Gas Treatment system.
- Furnace surface is pickled and phosphated, environmental friendly electrostatic powder sprayed and baked,anti-oxidation and corrosion-resistant.With a built-in cooling fan,the surface temperature Rt+45℃.
