PE L64/17E is a Ceramic Debinding and Sintering Integrated Lifting Furnace with the stable motorized bottom loading system, easy to load samples.Carbon steel double outer shell with a built-in cooling fan,high anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance.U-shape new type MoSi2 rod heated,4 sides heating,uniform temperature field.Square chamber,chamber lining uses 1850# Polycrystalline ceramic fiber raw material,good corrosion resistance.The chamber top is designed with a Smoke treatment device.Yudian PID temperature controller,controllers are integrated on a cantilevered 7-inch touchscreen,programmable 30 segments,high temperature control accuracy,accuracy is +/- 1°C.This electric lifting furnace customer customized is mainly used for ceramic debinding and sintering, at the same time, it is suitable for the laboratory and industry of new materials, ceramics, calcination, sintering and other kinds of heat treatment process, widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. to do the powder, electronics, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, ceramics, new materials, chemical industry, metal sintering and metal heat treatment and other experiments and production.

- PE L64/17E Ceramic Debinding and Sintering Integrated Lifting Furnace consists of five parts: furnace body, lifting system, smoke treatment device, temperature control system and air cooling system.
- Furnace surface is pickled and phosphated, environmental friendly electrostatic powder sprayed and baked,anti-oxidation and corrosion-resistant.With a built-in cooling fan,the surface temperature Rt+45℃.

Smoke treatment device for 1700°C Elevator Furnace
- The furnace top is designed with a Smoke treatment device,consists of four parts: flue, fan, smoke filter and secondary heating system.
- The waste gas and smoke generated during the heating process of the material is pumped out by the fan and passes through the top ceramic flue (the flue can be freely set to open and close according to the specific debinding temperature or smoke emission node) firstly through the filtering device, filtering out the larger waste particles, and then enters into the secondary heating chamber, where the material is heated by the secondary heating and combusted sufficiently, realize that the waste gas meets the standard of emission.
