PE L100/17E is a Customized Elevator Furnace for glass solvent experiment.Equipped with a foot control panel,the stable motorized bottom loading system makes it is easy to load samples.304SS outer shell with a built-in cooling fan,high anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance.Square chamber,chamber lining uses alumina bubble brick,good corrosion resistance.U-shape new type MoSi2 rod,4 sides heating,uniform temperature field.The furnace bottom is designed as a circular electric lifting platform. The furnace top is designed with an exhaust gas secondary heating system and venting system. Yudian PID temperature controller,programmable 30 segments, high temperature control accuracy,accuracy is +/- 1°C.Suitable for various heat treatment processes such as glass solvent experiments.

- PE L100/17E Customized Elevator Furnace for Glass solvent experiment consists of six parts: furnace shell, heating chamber, lifting system, exhaust heating system, venting system and temperature control system.
- Furnace surface is pickled and phosphated, environmental friendly electrostatic powder sprayed and baked,anti-oxidation and corrosion-resistant.With a built-in cooling fan,the surface temperature Rt+45℃.

- The bottom tray is composed of five layers of insulation materials from top to bottom, namely: corundum mullite support plate, alumina bubble brick, 1800 grade fiberboard, 1500 grade fiberboard and 1260 grade fiberboard.
- The furnace bottom is designed as a circular electric lifting platform, that is, a servo motor + module + lead screw electric lifting system
- The platform entrance is sealed
- Equipped with a foot control panel,the tray rises, falls and stops smoothly

- The secondary heating system can filter the corrosive gas generated during the sintering process effectively
