PA L3/17 is a Hydrogen Atmosphere Furnace With Ignition Device.Double-layer carbon steel sealed furnace shell, good high temperature and corrosion resistance.Ceramic fiber chamber, CNC carved.Heating element adopts the new process U-shaped silicon molybdenum rod, uniform temperature field.Equipped with gas supplying system and ignition system.Yudian PID temperature controller, programmable 30 segments, good stability and high temperature control accuracy.This atmosphere furnace is specially designed for material sintering or annealing in pure hydrogen or argon hydrogen mixed gas environment.It is a better choice for materials that need to be sintered under inert or reducing gas environment such as fluorescent materials, titanium alloys, etc.

- PA L3/17 Small High Temperature Atmosphere Furnace consists of five parts: furnace shell, ceramic chamber, gas supplying system, ignition system and temperature control system.
- The top of the furnace body sealing plate embedded in the cooling water pipe for heat dissipation, ensure a good sealing performance during high temperature operation.
- Furnace surface is pickled and phosphated, environmental friendly electrostatic powder sprayed and baked,anti-oxidation and corrosion-resistant.Furnace surface water cooling circulation,surface temperature Rt+45℃.

- The ignition device is controlled by PLC programme, an automatic ignition device is installed at the air outlet, automatically ignite when hydrogen is detected
- If the hydrogen is not ignited within 30 seconds, the detector feeds back the probe signal to the PLC, and the PLC module will immediately close the inlet valve for hydrogen and immediately charge nitrogen for protection.
